
Yusuf Jan
CEO, MixIt
Yusuf Jan’s entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding and managing two Wall Street based startup companies over the last decade – Mixit, Inc. and RealFS, Inc. Both ventures involved advanced trading technology and Order Routing/Connectivity services to the global financial industry.
Yusuf managed product development and building and managing off-shore operations.
Yusuf earned his B.S. in Business Administration from St. John’s University, New York and his M.B.A. in Finance from Long Island University, New York. Yusuf also attended advance IT courses at Columbia University, New York.
Prior to his entrepreneurial stints, Yusuf’s career included management positions with the City and State of New York. Yusuf worked at MTA New York City Transit and at New York City Office of the Comptroller’s Bureau of Audit. In these positions,
Yusuf Jan is currently Secretary (a founding charter member) of OPEN-Karachi Chapter. He has also served as Chairman of the Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA) and represented P@SHA as member of the Board of Directors of Pakistan Software Export Board.
Yusuf is also part of the Angel investor community at Invest to Innovate.

Imran Moinuddin
Founder & CEO – NexDegree
Imran Moinuddin is the founder & CEO of NexDegree (Private) Limited. Prior to founding the company in 2005, Imran worked as a research analyst and consultant for a biometrics consulting firm in New York City, where his clients included large private and government institutions in the US.
Imran’s areas of expertise include products conceptualization, cloud infrastructure planning, infrastructure performance optimization and data analytics planning and have helped both large enterprises & start-ups alike in coming up with capacity and deployment readiness strategies translating to growth in traffic and richer user experiences.
In April 2012, Imran formed the NX Product Fund with the intention of supporting socially conscious product initiatives.
Imran holds a degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Atif Azim
Co-founder & CEO – VentureDive
Atif is a serial entrepreneur who has co-founded a number of startups in different regions across the globe.
His previous startup, Perfigo, a network based security compliance product company based in San Francisco, was acquired by Cisco Systems. He is also co-founder of VentureDive, a boutique product development company in Karachi that is committed to driving lifestyle improvements through the innovative use of technology.
Atif is part of an angel investor community that supports young entrepreneurs and has made seed investments in a number of tech and non-tech ventures in the Middle East and Pakistan.
Atif holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College of Science and Technology and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Farzal Dojki
Founder– Next Generation Innovations & Co Founder – Venture Dive
Known for his innovative ideas and commitment to social responsibility, Farzal Dojki is Founder & CEO of Next Generation Innovations, a software development, IT support and consulting firm specializing in new ventures. The company is working to establish a paradigm that focuses on “doing good for the society in which it operates” and encourages its employees to dedicate 5% of their billable hours to community service projects.
Prior to that, Farzal worked at 3 start-ups in Pakistan, as well as 3 years at Merrill Lynch & BearingPoint in the US.
Farzal is member CEC of P@SHA and Interim CEO of DotZero.
Farzal holds BA & MS degrees in Computer Science, Economics and IS from UT Austin & NYU
